From 1983 to Today: A Legacy of Adaptability
My journey in this industry began in 1983 as an apprentice photolithographer. The world has changed dramatically since then. In the early 2000s, my work was primarily print-related – designing books, magazines, brochures, and posters. However, the rise of the internet shifted the landscape. By 2008, web design and development accounted for more than 50% of our business, and today, it makes up at least 90% of our work.
This constant evolution keeps the work exciting. New technologies, fresh challenges, and innovative design opportunities push us to continuously learn and grow. But the most rewarding part of my job remains the same: seeing the genuine joy on a client’s face when their new website is live and they can see their business thriving. It’s the moment they realise they have one less thing to worry about, and that is a feeling we are proud to deliver.
