The New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association (NZMPA) recently appointed Gary to assist us with rebranding and repositioning our Association. From the outset, Gary made it his business to understand our needs and our exact requirements.

I can honestly say that branding and website design by Rich and Co works! Rich and Co rebranded our business and designed our first website some years ago. Prior to having this website we were relying on the Yellow Pages as our primary marketing tool, this was very expensive and non effective. After the first few weeks of launching the new website the enquiries increased substantially, my phone started to ring and work steadily increased. The leads generated by both the new branding and the website out-performed the leads from our Yellow Pages advert very quickly.

At the end of 2016 we realised that it was time to improve our now five year old website. Website technology had improved and the way our clients used the internet had also changed. We went back to Gary. The consultative process we went through was very thorough and a new path forward was plotted.

For most people the words “Approachable” and “Lawyer” are a contradiction in terms. So developing a logo which conveyed both qualities together was always going to be a challenge.

Gary at Rich and Co came up with a great concept which fitted the bill perfectly. Of course, being fussy (and being a lawyer) I had changes of my own to make and these were implemented without fuss and without losing the basic concept. By having a very distinctive logo it has enabled me to trademark my brand with the NZ Intellectual Property Office where a previous application without the logo had been refused.

I now see the logo as a valuable asset for my business and one which I can leverage off in the future (and hopefully persuade people that lawyers really can be approachable…!). Well done Gary!

Fabricell had not done any marketing for many years, and with a new CEO on board, a decision was made to rebrand the company as well as two of it’s associate companies, plus two of our core brands.
